Tips: Natural Deodorant Alternative

There are a lot of bad chemicals in deodorants, and my goal is to avoid those harmful chemicals. But to be honest, err.. yeah I must admit that sometimes I have a problem with smelly armpits if I sweat too much (which would rarely happen lol) but I did not want to take any risks la, that is why I was looking for a chemical-free alternative and yeah I have been using a LEMON as a natural deodorant since 3 months ago, and it works~!

So, yeah you can use lemon juice as a natural alternative deodorant on a daily basis, because the citric acid in lemon juice can kill the odor-causing bacteria.
It is very easy to do.. Just cut a slice of lemon in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and gently rub it on your armpits. Let your underarms air dry before you put your clothes on, and you can also wipe away the lemon pulp with a tissue. And oh, be sure not to apply the lemon juice on fresh shaved armpits!

It really works very well, my armpits stay dry and fresh for the entire day. And if you have dark armpits, this is perfect for you because it lightens your armpits naturally.. slowly but surely. But I warn you to test it out first, because you may feel an itchy or stinging sensation if you have extremely sensitive skin!
Well.. I usually store the rest of a lemon in the fridge for a few days, and sometimes I also use it to make lemon water kkk~

So, are you interested to try this method? ^^

Thanks for reading and have a lovely day, girls!

See ya~

  2. Ohh~ I've never tried using lemons before... xD I think I'll try it out! :D (I don't like using deodorant too much too because it always leaves behind white residue >.<)

    Thanks you for the tip!
