DIY: Strawberry Foot Scrub

Hello everyone~
Ughh sorry I have caught a cold and had a sore throat since a couple days ago, that is why I could not update this blog because all I wanted to do is just sleep like a baby lol.
But today I am back with a new DIY to all of you ^^

Okay I have to admit that sometimes my feet are rough and dry.. And if you have the same problem, that means it is time to make a simple-but-very-effective foot scrub at home! It is very easy to make, and you only need 3 ingredients to make this homemade foot scrub.

STRAWBERRY contains alpha-hydroxy acid which is a great substance that helps to slough off dead skin cells. They will make your feet feel soft, and prevent cracks.
SALT is an affordable natural exfoliator. Salt scrubs are super effective to remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin.
And OLIVE OIL helps to heal your dry feet and make your feet feel soft and smooth.

Wash 2 large strawberries.
Remove the stems of the strawberries, and mash them with a fork.

Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and 2 tbsp of salt (psst.. you can also use sea salt!). Mix it well.

Rub the mixture on your feet for a few minutes, concentrate on your heels or any other dry areas. Rinse with lukewarm water, pat dry with a clean towel, and don't forget to moisturize with lotion. And oh, you can also use the leftover of this scrub on your hands or body ^^

Well, I prefer to make this scrub with a little amount of ingredients because I want to keep the scrub as fresh as possible. But if you are too lazy or you do not have much time,
you can also make this scrub with 10 - 15 strawberries and store it in the fridge.

Okay that's all for today, I want to take a nap now kkk~

Thanks for reading and have a lovely day, girls ^^

See ya~
