Recipe: Easy and Healthy Chocolate Pancakes

Hello everyone! Today I am going to share how to make super easy and quick chocolate pancakes. These are perfect if you are on a diet but craving for pancakes, because these pancakes are gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, low calorie, and delicious. So you can eat these pancakes for breakfast without feeling guilty kkk~

Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe banana.
- 2 eggs.
- A pinch of baking powder.
- 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder (optional).

Actually you can only use a banana and 2 eggs to make these pancakes, but it tastes like banana omelets rather than pancakes for me, and I highly recommend you to add a pinch of baking powder because it makes them fluffy~

Peel and cut the banana into pieces~

Add unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and eggs~

And blend them~ Actually you can also mash the banana with a potato masher or a fork, but I think it is more convenient and faster to use a blender lol especially when you make these pancakes for breakfast in the morning.

Heat the pan, cook mini pancakes over a low-medium heat until the bubbles form all over the surface, flip it over and cook for about 1 minute.
Oh okay to be honest, sometimes I add a little bit of butter to cook my pancakes lol.. But you can cook your pancakes in a non-stick frying pan to avoid butter or oil, and I am sure it would be healthier for you.

Serve immediately when they are still hot. You can serve these with berries, banana slices, strawberry jam, maple syrup, caramel sauce, peanut butter, yogurt or whatever you want!

Please don't expect it would taste like standart pancakes, because in my opinion it tastes like steamed brownies lol but they are still delicious la, especially if you are a banana lover.. oops did I ever tell you that I don't like banana? Yeah I was quite surprised because these are so yummy *o*

So, have you ever tried these pancakes?
And please let me know what you think if you have tried them!

Thanks for reading and have a lovely day, girls ^^

See ya~

  4. Oh wow ai never knew we could make pancakes without flour! This recipe looks delicious.. Oh and a trick I always do with pancakes is to melt a lil butter and add to the batter itself.. This will help pancakes not to stick to the pan without adding butter on the pan for every pancake ;)

  6. Very interesting article. I would love to read the book “Start with Why”, by Simon Sinek. I think he has taken a great topic to deal with. Teaching leaders to inspire others is a good idea to bring up a civilized society. Thanks for sharing. Keep posting.
