Tips: Get Rid of Puffy Eyes with Frozen Spoons

I have a bad habit of staying up way too late to watch K-dramas, sometimes I sleep at 2 AM and wake up at 6 AM like a zombie with my tired puffy eyes and dark circles.
Oh okay I am sure you already know that you can put cucumber slices or cold teabags on your eyes to get rid of those problems, but I am too lazy, and hey I do not have time to lie down in the morning with those things on my eyes, especially if I have a hectic schedule on that day. So, this is the mess-free alternative for busy people.. frozen spoons!

All you have to do is just put 2 wet metal spoons in the freezer for about an hour, but I prefer to put them in the freezer before I go to sleep and leave them overnight lol
It is very easy to do, right?

When you wake up in the morning, just put the back of the spoons on your eyes for a few minutes until the spoons become warm. You can surely do this method wherever you are,
I am telling you the truth sometimes I use this method when I chew my breakfast if I am in a rush lol but if you have some free time in the morning, you can lie down for a few minutes, relax and enjoy the frozen spoons on your eyes~

You can use them daily, and it really helps to get rid of my puffy and tired eyes, though it does not really work to reduce my dark circles. And please note that this method is only a temporary solution to puffiness! Oh by the way.. please pardon my uneven double eyelid ughh, lack of sleep is the main reason for this weird eyelid >___<

Well, I hope this tip helps you! Thanks for reading and have a lovely day, girls ^^

See ya~
