Recipe: Bibimbap (비빔밥)

Hello everyone~
To be honest I am not in the mood to write any beauty-related posts lately meh -__-
So, I want to update my blog with something different lol and I decided to create a new segment on this blog. Cooking! I know this is a beauty blog, but I hope you do not mind, since I just want to share some easy-peasy recipes to you, yeah maybe only once in a month if I am not lazy lol xD

Err do not get me wrong, I am not really good at cooking! I am telling you the truth, I even touched a knife for the first time when I was 17 years old. I am just a food lover and a greedy girl.. Yes, I eat everything lol xD So.. today I am going to show you about how to make a famous Korean dish, Bibimbap (비빔밥)! Bibimbap is one of my favorite Korean foods, and this is the second time I cook Bibimbap all by myself haha~
You need a lot of ingredients, but the steps to cook this Bibimbap are very easy.

But I am proud, it just tastes so good haha I am not kidding! My mom even said so, after I made a mess of her kitchen lol but I believe the authentic Bibimbap from Korea taste so much better than mine la! I did not serve my Bibimbap in a Dolsot (hot stone bowl) and I prefer to eat my Bibimbap with an almost-burnt fried egg instead of raw egg lol

For 1 serving

Ingredients :
- Cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1 large sheet of dried seaweed
Meat:
- 100 grams beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- sugar, salt and pepper
Vegetables:
- 1/2 cup of bean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch of spinach
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 green onion
- 1/2 large onion
- salt
Bibimbap Sauce:
- 1 tbsp of gochujang (hot chili paste)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar

Well.. you can use any of your favorite vegetables to cook this Bibimbap. Zucchini, lettuce, radish, red bell pepper, kosari (fern brake), tofu, etc. And if you are a vegetarian, you can substitute the beef with mushrooms~

So.. have you ever tried to cook Bibimbap, girls??

Thanks for reading and have a lovely day ^^

See ya~
